FEEL IT OUT, B

Are you a complete newbie? Are you a seasoned pro looking to get back to basics? Look no further! In this intro level class we cover all the basics, from elementary coordination, to floor work and beginner pole moves. No climbing here! This class focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility and mastering the foundational moves in pole fitness. Make sure to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving and sweating in, like yoga pants, athletic shorts and sports bra.

WITNESS MY FITNESS, B/I

Once you've mastered the material in "Feel It Out" and are ready for the next challenge, this is the class for you! In this level you will crank it up a notch and work on simple spins and holds. We'll keep up the conditioning and start to introduce basic climbing techniques. No inverting yet in this class. This class will require shorts, since you'll need to have the backs of your legs exposed.

FIT LIKE ME, I

Are you ready to flip everything upside down? In this intermediate level, you'll begin working on inverting, perfecting your floor work and longer spin combinations. You'll really take it to the next level by learning elementary tricks and slides/drops. This level is perfect for those who are putting together their first routine for performance.

FIT BACK IN, E

Ready, Set and Back at it. If its been a while, for whatever reason, this class will get those moves back, you think you don't have anymore. Fit Back In your climb, spins, glides and even your heels.

POLETICIAN, I/A

Make it all look like magic! This level is for the intermediate/advanced poler who wants to tackle the toughest moves and make it look easy. In this level you'll be learning death-defying stunts as well as putting numerous tricks/moves together to form longer combinations/routines. Additionally, you will work on fluidity and transitions, to make it all performance ready! Students in this class should already be comfortable performing aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, all grips (standard, bracket, reverse), and elementary tricks without assistance.

FREE INHIBITION TIME (F.I.T.) FOR POLE, E

Still not sure which class is for you? This class has it all! Lose those inhibitions and have a blast sampling a little something from every level. This class will incorporate elements from beginner all the way to extremely advanced pole levels. Go at your own pace and challenge yourself with something new! This class can include: Floor work • Climbing • Spins • Inverting • Tricks • Combinations

FIT 4 FLEXIBILITY, E

We all know that being flexible is important in life, and it's something that has to be worked on! Here we will cover everything you need to know to reach your ultimate bendy potential. This class focuses on stretching and strengthening your muscles, increasing the range of motion for all joints, and helping you achieve your personal flexibility goals. This class is suitable for all students and ranges of flexibility.

POWER 4 POLE, E

Get yourself in tip top pole shape with this 1-hour class divided into 30-minute pole conditioning and 30-minute stretching. In the pole conditioning, we will be utilizing the pole to condition our bodies with exercises that focus on preparing yourself for advanced pole moves while toning and tightening your core.

4 SPIN CITY (UPRIGHT), B/I

Spin spin right 'round baby! This class is done entirely on Spin Poles. Never worked on a spinning pole? No problem! This class will cover the basics of working on spin pole, including climbing.

4 SPIN CITY (INVERTED), I/A

For the more advanced spinner we'll up the spin factor with extended combinations and transitioning some of your favorite static moves into a new world including inverting. Students should have a firm grasp of basic climbing and inverting on a static pole.

4 FANCY FLOOR PLAY, E

How low can you go? Can you go down low? All the way to the floor! This class focuses on creating smooth transitions to and from the pole but it is mainly floor work. This class focuses on flowing dance movement around the room. Students of all levels are recommended for this class, as it will cover beginner, intermediate and advanced levels of floor play. Shorts with Leggings are encouraged. Kneepads are not necessary but optional.

4 F.I.T. IN HEELZ, E

Strut your stuff in this class while wearing your favorite stilettos! Let your inner sex kitten out while getting a workout that blasts the abs, butt and thighs. This class is great for students of all levels who are looking to introduce heels into their pole work. Please make sure all shoes have an ankle strap and are securely attached and have NEVER been worn outside. Heels with platforms are highly recommended. Don't have the right pair? You can always purchase a pair at the studio, we are happy to help!

4 CHAIR PLAY, E

This class is an exciting and playful blend of chair techniques, floor transitions, and the occasional low flow pole move to create sensual sequences you can build on even after you leave! Each class includes full body conditioning and chair dance fundamentals, a choreographed routine, and time to play. Routines run for the entire month for the chance to explore how you can make it your own with your personal style and different variations. This is an all levels class where knee pads are a must and socks/leggings are always welcome.

FIT 4 FLOW FUNDAMENTALS, E

Are you interested in learning to sensually Flow and dance but you're new to pole or not sure where to start? This class is ideal for beginners and anyone else looking to strengthen their flow foundations to create more seamless movement with and around the pole. You'll learn to: weave together basic spins and transitions, enter and exit shoulder rolls and stands, slink to and from the pole with more ease, and play with your new skills by dancing it out at the end of every class. The skills in this class prepare you for the more stylized movements and longer sequences in Fit 4 Flow as we focus on technique for fluidity.  Long socks, leggings and/or shorts (or whatever you’re comfortable dancing in) are encouraged with knee pads. Pole heels are optional.

4 FIT 4 FLOW, I

Must be able to invert. Want to flow with the lights low and the music loud, all while incorporating both floorwork and inversions and spins? Then this is the class for you.  This class is for beginner and intermediate levels so whether you’re a beginner inverter who’s just learning how to raise your hips on a pole, or a seasoned vet who is looking to work on incorporating your inversions into your flow, come and dance with us!  There will be a focus on fluidity, strength, and technique in this class, so as to help you execute your movement seamlessly and gain better body awareness around the pole. Please be sure to wear whatever you’re comfortable in as well as bring kneepads and socks.

4 AERIAL SILKS, E

Students will learn the fundamentals of aerial silks and unique types of movements in the air, which can include poses, climbs, spins, and flips. In addition to conditioning exercises focused on increasing upper body and core strength. NO prior experience needed. Students will be able to learn at their own pace.

4 TWERK TIME, E

This booty poppin' workshop will have you lifting, tooshin', bouncin', and dancing all the way through! The art of booty shaking will be explored with Cindy in this fun workout. Learn to isolate, pop and shake down everything with your hot boooootaaay!!

4 LYRA, E

Learn the basics including inverting from the bottom of the hoop and pulling to a seated position in the hoop. Develop strength with conditioning moves targeting the entire body and how to work safely with the apparatus. Wear tight fitting full body clothing, shorts not recommended.
