The class was awesome. Really a place with no judgement. You get let it all go and try something new! Had my first pole experience yesterday and now I’m hooked! I feel like I worked every muscle group head to toe.
The teachers I had were great! They were very fun. They encouraged you to move aft your own pace. The 2 classes I took, power 4 pole and the beginners pole were Jam packed. My only concern was of running into someone! Had a blast, a great workout, and got to release my sexy!
